The QSFP112 optical module is a 400Gb/s single-port QSFP112, SR4 multimode parallel optical module, featuring a single-channel 4-fiber MPO-12/APC fiber interface. The parallel multimode short-reach four-channel (SR4) utilizes 100G-PAM4 modulation technology, achieving a maximum fiber transmission distance of 50 meters over OM4 multimode fiber. The QSFP112 optical module can be used in QSFP112/QDD switches and Ethernet adapters. It offers low latency, low power consumption, and high reliability, enabling uplink connections to 800G Ethernet switches in Spine-Leaf architectures, or interconnection with 400G QSFP-DD or OSFP SR4 modules to meet diverse application scenarios. When connected to a 1:2 splitter cable, only 2 channels are available at the split end, and the 400G module automatically activates only 2 channels, achieving 200G speed and reducing power consumption. This is an ideal solution for supercomputing, seamlessly integrating into computing and storage infrastructure to ensure efficient high-performance interconnectivity.
