  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Large or customized orders (e.g., OEM/ODM) may require 3-7 additional business days, which will be confirmed with the customer.
3. Shipping Methods
  • Air Freight: Ideal for urgent or small orders; delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Sea Freight: Suitable for bulk or heavy shipments; delivery usually takes 15-30 business days.
  • Express Courier: Door-to-door service for samples or urgent orders; delivery generally 2-5 business days.
  • We also provide FCL/LCL sea freight, palletized air shipments, and professional packaging upon request.
4. Customs & Documentation
  • We handle all international export customs procedures, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and export licenses.
  • Customers must provide complete shipping information and any necessary import documents to ensure smooth clearance.
  • Portower Technology can assist with customs clearance to guarantee safe and timely delivery.
5. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, volume, and shipping method.
  • Detailed quotations will be provided at the order confirmation stage.

6. Shipment Tracking
  • All orders are provided with a tracking number for real-time shipment updates.
  • We offer shipping alerts and support for any logistics issues to ensure safe delivery.
7. Returns & Damage Handling
  • For damaged or missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt, providing photos or supporting evidence.
